TJX - Recruiting

TJX is one of the biggest companies in the world, responsible for a wide variety of off-retail brands like TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Homegoods. Their growth over the past few years has been astronomical—so much so they’ve been struggling to keep up with staffing. That’s where we stepped in. We partnered with our good friends at Bananabones to craft a recruiting video designed to get the best talent on the market. It’s one thing to hear about a work environment from a potential employer, but hearing it from the workers themselves adds a layer of legitimacy that you can’t fabricate. We traveled to dozens of TJX stores in the US and Canada so we could feature real TJX employees in this video. It was a little extra effort, but the results have been incredible; TJX has gotten such a great response from the video that they’re expanding the campaign to be an entire series of videos featuring each individual employee.
